About Rachel Woolcott ACMA CGMA
I’m Rachel, the founder of Flexible Finance Solutions.
I’ve spent more than 20 years leading finance across PE-backed, high-growth and international organisations.
I’ve supported multiple acquisitions, exits, integrations and major transformations. I’ve led finance teams across Europe and APAC, strengthened valuations, modernised reporting, and built the structure businesses needed to scale confidently.
But beyond the technical work, what I care most about is helping founders build commercially and financially strong organisations that are also collaborative, kind and purposeful.
I start by listening, understanding what matters to you, and then building solutions that are practical, strategic and grounded in your values.
